What makes an individual powerful?
Well let's see, I think a person is considerd powerful if they go after things they want and are good at leading people without things being caotic. For example i am powerful becuase i wanted power and the only way to get it was to kill Duncan. I put alot of work into figuring out a plan and trying to persude Macbeth into the killing because i knew he also wanted power. See where it got us. We both really wanted something and tried to get to our goal and now we are full of power. Macbeth kept saying no we can't get away with this but i told him that to get what you want you have to try and try and never give up. I told him if you want power and to be king yo have to not give up and go along with my plan to kill him. Also what makes an individal powerful is if they are a good leader. I my self feel i am a good leader. I persuaded Macbethn into killing Duncan and came up with the plan and see we didn't even get caught. I made sure everything went as planned and i truly feel that makes me powerful. If people don't try or are not a good leader then i believe they will never be powerful. I think that if Macbeth didn't have me then he wouldn't have the power he has. I had to push him into getting what he wanted and now he isn't afriad to push for things to get what he wants. See i made him powerful.
I feel bad for people who don't go after things they want because that is truly what makes a person powerful. If people don't know how to control others to then then will never be able to have alot of power. In my opinion i think that Duncan wasn't really a powerful man even though he was king. he was nice but wasn't really in control and we were able to sneak by his guards and get what we want and thats makes me and Macbeth the powerful ones. In conclusin an indivdual is considered powerful if they can go after things they want and can be in charge and be a good learder.   -Lady Macbeth

  1. Dear Lady Macbeth,
No one would deny that you were going after what you wanted! That ambition was something else to see. A little scary perhaps, but still pretty amazing manipulation of your husband. You did seem very powerful at that point in your marriage. I'm just wondering what happened to you? Where did that power go? Did you perhaps scare yourself out of feeling powerful? Maybe it was too much for even you to handle?

  2. Dear Lady Macbeth,

I completely agree with your thoughts, you are one smart lady, maybe we should team up sometime and go on a killing streak, then we could rule the world! You are so right on Duncan not being powerful, cause he was way too nice in my opinion. And to be a true leader, you should make enemies not friends. I love the idea on never giving up as well, I for one, never give up, which makes me an excellent leader, just like yourself. Persuation was also a great point to make, because we both persuaded our husband's to be powerful like us.

    Lady Macbeth

  3. Dear Lady Macbeth,
I like the way you think. You go for the power and leave the rest behind! That's the way it should be! People get power by having confidence in themselves to go through with whatever they please, where in our cases is even murder. I happened to have persuaded my husband into killing the King aswell. I think we'd be great friends because we both know what's best for ourselves. Sometimes being selfish is the only way to get power, but hey, it works! So why not be selfish? Let me know if you'd ever want to get a cup of coffee and discuss some more murderous plans...Believe me, I've got plenty of time on my hands to use my power for evil once again, and i would just love if you'd join me!

    -Sincerely, Lady Macbeth
